Ordering
Can I place my order in advance?
Absolutely! Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance for holidays and special occasions. At checkout, please add a note for preferred date of shipping, pick-up or delivery.
Can I make a custom order?
Absolutely! We can do custom orders over 1 dozen. Please email us for all custom orders at noshesbysherri@gmail.com or chat with us below.
Can I make changes or modifications to the products offered on the website?
At this time, we do not allow changes or substitutions to our products. Check back for new flavors, seasonal and holiday specialty items, and more.
Shipping
When should I place my order?
All orders that are placed by Friday 11:59PM EST are shipped on Monday. If you place an order after the deadline on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship throughout the U.S. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
Local Orders
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order in Yardley or Lafayette Hill, PA or at any of the Farmers Markets that we sell at.
Where is your bakery located?
Our bakery is located in Yardley, PA, however we do not yet have a storefront.
Does Noshes Deliver?
Yes, we offer Free delivery on orders $35 and over within 8 miles of Yardley, PA. Orders under $35 can still be delivered, but there will be a $10 delivery fee included at checkout.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order, please email us at noshesbysherri@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by weather, package refusal, and incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
Does Noshes by Sherri offer catering?
Yes, Noshes by Sherri caters dessert trays and knish trays for all occasions from weddings to birthdays, as well as holidays, Shivas and care packages. For more information, please contact us at noshesbysherri@gmail.com.
Should I refrigerate my noshes?
It is not necessary however if you do not plan to eat our Famous Jewish Apple Cakes within 3 days please rewrap it and put it in the freezer then thaw it when ready to enjoy. Our products are made without preservatives.
Is Noshes by Sherri Kosher?
We use kosher ingredients and are working towards becoming certified kosher, but currently our kitchen is not rabbinically approved.
